Kiat Lim

Chairman

Kiat Lim was appointed Chairman of RSP in 2023. Under his leadership, RSP launched new initiatives like RSP.SM Energy Group, RSP StoreyLab, RSP Academy, and RSP META, to address sustainability and innovation needs. He then led a brand refresh to update the company’s branding, with an emphasis on designing for humanity.

Kiat is also the Executive Vice-Chairman of SGX-listed Thomson Medical Group, one of the largest healthcare provider in South-East Asia. He is responsible for strategic group direction and overall growth strategies which includes identifying and executing M&A opportunities, including the acquisition of Vietnam’s FV Hospital Group in the countries largest-ever healthcare deal.

He is director of Spanish top flight team Valencia Club de Futbol, S.A.D and sits on various other boards ranging from E-sports, as Vice President of the Singapore Esports Association (SGEA), the city-state’s National Sports Association (NSA) for Electronic Sports to Media publication companies.

Kiat has also established several new enterprises across diverse sectors, including health-tech, new technology platforms, gaming and web3. He currently holds directorships in various companies that he has co-founded or invested in.

A Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate from the University of New South Wales in Australia, Kiat began his career with Kestrel Capital Pte Ltd, overseeing venture & family investments as well as corporate restructuring. He was involved in the S$1.6b reverse takeover (RTO) exercise of Thomson Medical followed on by a S$87.3m distribution-in-specie (DIS) of the non-core real estate and hospitality businesses.

Beh Swee Chiew

CEO Singapore

Beh Swee Chiew is the CEO of RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd (RSP), the group’s corporate headquarter in Singapore. An RSP stalwart for over 30 years, Beh has played a pivotal role in steering the company’s growth, both domestically in Singapore and on the global stage in key markets like Malaysia, China, Vietnam and Indonesia. 

As the CEO, Beh assumes the mantle of responsibility for shaping the group’s strategic vision and fostering holistic growth strategies. His forward-thinking leadership has been instrumental in spearheading innovative initiatives such as the RSP.SM Energy group, RSP Lifestyle, and RSP META. These ventures are designed to meet changing consumer needs that are increasingly more environmentally conscious, community-minded and extending from the physical to virtual realms, where design meets humanity.  

In his capacity as CEO, Beh has oversight across all corporate functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, as well as Marketing and Communications. His astute stewardship ensures seamless integration and optimal functioning of these critical components within the organisation. 

Beh’s distinguished career includes the successful management of numerous projects across an array of sectors, encompassing hospitality, residential, commercial offices, retail, educational institutions, infrastructure, and industrial facilities. Notably, he has been instrumental in successfully delivering projects since the early days of Singapore’s industrialisation journey, under the initiatives of the Economic Development Board, aimed at developing strategic industrial clusters. His leadership has been vital in helping multinational corporations from Europe and the United States like REC and Halliburton to establish their greenfield operations in Singapore, contributing significantly to the growth of these industries within the country. 

In recognition of his tireless contributions to the industry, Beh was honoured with the title of “Who’s Who in Engineering Singapore 2020” by the Institution of Engineers Singapore. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) and a senior member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore. Tapping on his wealth of experience with the China market, Beh is also appointed as a council member of the Singapore-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Council, as well as the Singapore-Shandong Business Council by the Singapore government.  

Beh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore. An advocate for knowledge-sharing and nurturing the next generation of professionals in the Built Environment sector. Beh is dedicated to sharing his wealth of experience and insights with young professionals and students. 

Seah Chee Kien

Senior Managing Director Singapore

Chee Kien is a senior leader at RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd (RSP), the group’s corporate headquarter in Singapore. Bringing more than 30 years of experience to the practice, he champions architectural design across the group, and leads the Master Planning division.

He holds that the society is immensely influenced by its spaces, and architects therefore have the responsibility to connect the past, present and future in the surviving milieu. A believer in searching for the right questions to distill the essence and arriving at the right balance, his works reflect how spaces can be used to enrich and uplift the wider communities.

Prior to RSP, he was the Chief Architect at Jurong Consultants, the corporatised arm of JTC Corporation, the lead government agency to spearhead the planning, promotion and development of Singapore’s industrial landscape. He was involved in the development of Singapore’s leading R&D and knowledge hub, One-North’s Fusionopolis and Biopolis clusters. Having a multitude of major projects under his belt such as the iconic ITE College Central; the integrated waterfront development Punggol Watertown & Waterway Point; the largest wood building in Asia, Gaia; Singapore Institute of Technology; the Mandai Wildlife precinct; CapitaSpring; and Altez, Chee Kien is able to bring a holistic design approach that fulfills the needs of the stakeholder and users.

Chee Kien is a Registered Architect, and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects, Royal Institute of British Architects and the American Institute of Architects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts (Arch Studies) from the National University of Singapore.

Ng Meng Hui

Managing Director Singapore

Ng Meng Hui is one of the key management leading the architectural division at RSP. With more than 30 years of experience, Meng Hui brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the entire architectural and project management process, especially in large-scale collaborative projects.

He has built an impressive portfolio of works covering residential, hospitality, retail, and office projects. This includes notable projects such as Grand Hyatt Hotel, Raffles City, Singapore Expo, the most recent Resorts World Sentosa revitalisation as well as the award-winning The Interlace.

As one of the leaders in sustainable designs, he has been actively building up expertise and knowledge in the design of green buildings within RSP. He is also a certified Green Mark Manager by Singapore’s Building Construction Authority and has contributed to shaping the planning guidelines for skyrise greenery in Singapore.

Meng Hui is a Registered Architect and has served as a council member with the Singapore Institute of Architects from 2009 to 2012. He is also a member of the Investigation Panel with the Professional Engineers Board from 2012 to 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (with Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Shi Lu

Managing Director China

As one of the founding professionals of RSP’s China office in 2003, Shi Lu has been fully involved in all aspects of the company’s growth in China. As Managing Director, she developed RSP’s Beijing and Shanghai offices to provide design service to various clients in China. She led projects including SIDA Campus in Beijing, CapitaLand malls in different cities of China, Yangmadao master plan, and SIDA projects in Africa. She was also involved in a wide range of projects covering hospitality, offices, education and interior design. Her role today encompasses corporate development and the building of strong client relationships.

With more than two decades of experience, Shi Lu is a National First Class Registered Architect of China. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Architecture from Tong Ji University (Shanghai Institute of Urban Construction).

Michael Magill

Managing Director/ Creative Director UAE

Michael believes that architecture centres around the engagements and interactions users have with the physical environment. As a designer, he is focus on developing a brand, creating an identity and building a concept specific to the region and the community. He sees joy in the endless possibilities of how good designs can evoke people’s emotions while addressing their social needs, and ultimately nurture growth. Through the integration of innovative design and latest technology, he aims to define spatial footprints that become legacies that last for generations.

With over 20 years of experience spreading across Asia, Middle East and Europe, many of his projects have won multiple regional and international architecture awards. These include the Institute of British Architect Regional (RIBA) Award for Downe Hospital in Northern Ireland and shortlist in the World Architecture Festival for Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi. In 2019, Michael was listed as one of the Top Creative 30 accomplished architects in the UAE by Design Middle East and runner-up for Best Architect in the Middle East by Middle East Consultant.

Michael is frequently invited to international conferences and universities to share his experience with the industry and aspiring designers. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Sheffield University, UK.

Arunjot Singh Bhalla

Managing Director
India

Arunjot Singh Bhalla has more than 26 years of architectural experience, with a significant part of his career in Singapore and India. As one of the founding professionals of RSP’s India office, Arunjot has been fully involved in all aspects of the company’s growth. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of projects including IT campuses, commercial, retail, residential developments, interior design and master plans. His role today encompasses corporate development and design with a focus on strategy and planning.

Arunjot holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Chandigarh College of Architecture, and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies, majoring in Architecture and Urbanism, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.

Hud Bakar

Managing Director Malaysia

Ar Hud Bakar started primary school at SMJK Meru and was selected to continue his secondary education at Victoria Institution under Yayasan Selangor scholarship program. He was always an achiever in sports and academic during his school days. He was the school rugby player and was active in soccer, hockey, archery and many other sports. During his studies, he received numerous academic awards and in 1980,  Ar. Hud Bakar completed his high school as the top Malay student from Victoria Institution. Thirty-seven years later, in 2017, Victoria Institution awarded him the school’s “Most Gentlemen Award” for his academic and career achievements.

In 1981, Ar. Hud Bakar was awarded a Public Service Scholarship to study in America where he completed his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from LSU in 1986. He then continued his studies at UC Berkeley California where he finished his Master of Architecture degree in 1988. Ar Hud Bakar was always the top scorer in college where he was consistently listed in the Dean’s List. Upon his graduation in 1986, he was also awarded as the “Best Technology Student” and listed in the “Who’s Who among American Universities”.

Ar. Hud Bakar started his career in HOK San Francisco. He was then made a director of Kumpulan Senireka Sdn Bhd before moving on to take over RSP Malaysia in 1996. Today, with staff strength of more than 150 people, he has successfully completed and is involved in numerous projects from simple overhead bridges, residential, commercial, hospitality, sports and institutional buildings. Among the notable landmarks buildings are MITEC, MACC HQ, Jakim Buildings in Putrajaya, Paradigm Mall, Naza & LTH Tower in Platinum Park, Hilton and St Regis in KL Sentral. He has also completed many headquarters of companies and corporations such as MITI, Felda Tower, UEM, Bank Islam, Public Bank, Great Eastern, SSM and Matrade.

The ‘under construction’ buildings of 8-Conlay Kempinski/ Residential towers and PNB 118 tower- which will stand as the 2nd tallest building in the world upon completion- are managed by him.

His practice has won many awards, being published in many magazines and newsletters and is among the top 5 architect’s practice in Malaysia.

Chen Hong

Managing Director (Hangzhou), China and Executive Director
Singapore

Chen Hong leads the Master Planning and Urban Design division of RSP, bringing more than 32 years of expertise in master planning, urban design, and architectural design.

She believes in master plan and design that respects both the nature and culture while creating long-term value for the whole community. With her experience across many large-scale projects in different parts of Asian and Middle East region countries, she brings fresh perspectives and designs that encapsulates the needs of the users and ecosystem while emphasising the fundamentals of Singapore planning experience.

Previously part of the Hangzhou Qianjiang New CBD Construction & Management Committee of China, she jointly oversaw all planning and urban design works in Hangzhou CBD with a strong focus on the planning research and implementing of vertical pedestrian system to create vibrant public spaces.

Chen Hong has been widely invited to participate public talks and forums to promote RSP planning philosophy and Singapore practice and experience, also giving lectures in universities as guest professor and providing training to city government officials in China. She was editor and contributor to a few books about Singapore planning and China underground development. From 2021 to 2023, Chen Hong has been invited as international jury member for a few major planning and architectural design competition projects in Russia. 

Chen Hong is a Full Member of Singapore Institute of Planners, also a National Registered Architect and Urban Planner of China. She holds a degree of Master of Arts in Urban Design in School of Design & Environment from National University of Singapore, and has been a visiting scholar in urban planning at University of Illinois in Chicago, USA.

Tan Quee Peng

General Director Vietnam

Quee Peng has more than 20 years of architectural experience leading major projects across Asia. He believes that architecture is an inextricable part of our experience and has the power to transform and inform our sensibilities and perceptions, from personal spaces to our interaction with society at large. Quee Peng takes a whole-of-life cycle approach on projects, from new development to brownfield asset enhancement, to deliver quality to stakeholders at all levels.

He joined RSP’s Singapore Studio in 2018 and is most recently part of the multi-billion mega expansion of Resort World Sentosa and new integrated mixed use development One Holland Village in Singapore. His diverse portfolio also includes residential, commercial, industrial as well as Asset Enhancement Initiatives.

Prior to RSP, Quee Peng held senior roles across several multi-national architectural firms, and the management of their overseas operations in China and India. He was also in the Singapore Institute of Architect’s IT Committee to support the industry in the adoption of new technologies.

Quee Peng is a Singapore registered architect as well as a certified Green Mark Manager, Universal Design Assessor and Design for Safety Professional.

Law Yoke Foong

Head of Business/ Executive Director Singapore

Yoke Foong maintains that architecture is a craft as it is about designing for the soul. Beyond its physical form and appeal, a space should inspire and be guided by empathy for its users. She relates the experience to that of a family recipe that always has an interesting story behind.

With her appreciation of the interaction between people and the space as well as more than 20 years of experience, she brings practical advice and insights into every project she handles. These values are reflected through the projects she has led including the refurbishment of Alexandra Hospital, redevelopment of Clarke Quay into a retail and entertainment hub, Canberra MRT Station and multiple projects at one of the best airports in the world, Singapore’s Changi Airport.

She is enthusiastic about helping budding architects and is one of the resident judges for Asian Young Designer Awards, an annual competition organised by Nippon Paint.

A registered architect, a certified Universal Design Assessor, a Design for Safety Professional and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects, Yoke Foong holds a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture Studies) and Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore. As Head of Business/ Executive Director, she leads new business initiatives and operations for RSP Singapore.

Suen Wee Kwok

Executive Director Singapore

Wee Kwok is the lead design architect of RSP and has 20 years of experience with an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects,specifically in the education, mixed use and civic sectors. He believes that architecture should lift the human spirit, connect emotionally with people when they use these spaces and they are reflected throughout his works.

He was the key designer of the LASALLE College of the Arts and with a vision to create a learning environment without any boundaries, it became the winning design of an international design competition. The project went on to win the prestigious President’s Design Award among many other accolades. Wee Kwok also developed the winning design for *SCAPE, a dedicated youth space in the city, in the *Scape Architectural Design Competition organised by the Ministry of Community Development for Youth and Sports. His portfolio of projects also include Westgate, Cairnhill Nine & Ascott Orchard, Singapore Achifest Pavilion, Changi Airport Terminal, Singapore Institute of Technology Campus Court, etc.

Wee Kwok graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture Studies) and Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

Sonny Chionh

Executive Director Singapore

Sonny Chionh has more than 20 years of architectural project experience in the design, coordination and implementation of large and medium-sized projects across the education, healthcare, residential, civic, hospitality, offices and retail sectors.

With a wealth of notable award-winning projects under his belt, such as Westgate, Funan, Holiday Inn Express Clark Quay, Grand Park City Hall Hotel’s rejuvenation, Sonny is sensitive to the varied requirement of projects, and can meld users’ needs with the site context.

Sonny is passionate about driving sustainability in the built environment. Specifically, he is concerned about the huge drivers of carbon emission – energy consumption and embodied energy. At the industry level, he is part of the Singapore Institute of Architects Sustainability Committee, Singapore Green Building Council Technical Committee and Singapore Standards SS485 Work Group to help build up capabilities and awareness. In designing buildings, he advocates a sustainable approach by pushing for the use of clean energy and maximise any potential reuse of material, while balancing pragmatism.

He believes in the unconditional sharing of knowledge and the need to imbue all in the industry. Sonny frequently shares his experience and expertise on sustainability and universal design at various industry forums.

Sonny is also RSP’s Quality & Environmental Manager, focused on driving ISO and best practise for quality and environmental approaches within the firm. He is a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects in Singapore and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. He graduated with a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and with Honours in Bachelor of Architecture from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Tan Sew Guan

Executive Director Singapore

Sew Guan has more than 21 years of engineering design and team management experience across a diverse portfolio of projects working with international partners.

With a focus on complex and new-to-market engineering innovations that challenge the norm, he is well-versed in navigating the design and built process to achieve the desired vision of the building design. Some of his key projects include EDEN by Thomas Heatherwick that spot a façade of deep and dramatic cantilevered balconies; asset enhancement of i12Katong; Wuxi Biologic Plant and Soitec, as well as the upcoming Singapore Institute of Technology in Punggol Digital District.

Sew Guan is also passionate about driving sustainability and the digital transformation in the built environment. He was part of the team in the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) supporting the Digital Delivery Management (DDM) accreditation with the Singapore Building and Construction Authority. In addition, Sew Guan has attained Tier 1 accerditation in the Digital Delivery Management Accreditation Scheme.

He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with the Professional Engineer Board in Singapore, a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in the United Kingdom and an ABC (Active Beautiful and Clean) Waters Professional with The Institution of Engineers in Singapore. He hold a 1st Class Honours in Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, UK and Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Gabriel Chen

Director Singapore

As RSP’s Design Director, Gabriel has been one of the key principal designers for many of the firm’s award winning projects such as the Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay, LASALLE College of the Arts, ION Orchard and Dover MRT Station. He has over 30 years of architectural experience in leading major projects in Singapore and other cities such as London, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and Shanghai.

Gabriel sees the design process as a conscious act of enabling and making critical observations, encouraging improvements to enrich the users’ environment. The built environment is only as good as the activities and happenings that are enabled by design. He is constantly interested in the outcome of each project he was involved in, as life begins when the project completes. The continual observation become important by-product in itself, and yet critical design tool over time.

With a passion in nurturing the next generation of architects, he is an advocate of knowledge-sharing and is constantly mindful of the value of his guidance on them.

A registered architect with the Architects Registration Board (UK) and a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (UK), he holds a Bachelor of Art in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Liverpool, UK.

Chan Ai Hup

Director Singapore

With more than 23 years of architectural project experience, Chan Ai Hup has worked on a diverse range of projects, covering residential, industrial, institutional, infrastructure, sports & recreation, retail and conservation projects. She has helped to transform Clarke Quay, a historic entertainment district and has worked on other notable projects like the Maplewoods and Buckley Classique Condominium, the Sentosa Intra-island cableway project and industrial projects like Pfizer, Lonza, GSK pharmaceutical plants and the Halliburton Completion Tools Manufacturing Plant. She is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects, with a Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) and Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

Colin Chan

Director Singapore

With the belief that our physical environment will have an immerse impact in shaping the community, Colin approach projects with the goal to inspire the collaborative process of placemaking. He is also adept in seeking for the most appropriate solution that sensitively considers the requirement of the clients and needs of the users.

His people-centric approach and expertise in project management are reflected throughout his portfolio of projects with a focus on the mixed use and residential sectors. Colin has more than 30 years of experience in architectural projects in Singapore, Vietnam and Australia. They include the iconic ION development, ultra luxurious EDEN condominium as well as the award-winning Altez condominium in Singapore and Mulberry Lane in Vietnam.

Colin is a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects in Singapore and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture & Bachelor of Design Studies from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Lau Shuh Ling

Director Singapore

Lau Shuh Ling has more than 24 years of architectural design and project experience in a range of projects from residential, to recreational, hospitality, institutional, industrial, office and conservation. Some of the projects she has worked on include Grange Residences, The Sea View and Nanyang Polytechnic campus expansion. She is part of the internal quality audit management team ensuring good processes and documentations are in place. She is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. She received a Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) and Bachelor of Architecture (with Honours) from the Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Cheam Leng See

Director Singapore

Cheam Leng See brings more than 26 years of engineering and project management experience to her work. Her range of work covers industrial, hospitality, institutional, residential and offices. Some of her major projects include the Halliburton Completion Tools Manufacturing Plant, REC Integrated Solar Manufacturing Facility, BCA Academy Building and GEMS World Academy. She is an ISO 9000 Internal Quality Auditor. She earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Cai Silan

Director Singapore

Cai Silan has more than 20 years of engineering experience. She has worked on a range of major projects, from residential, hospitality to mixed developments. Some of key projects include Oxley Towers, Farrer Square and Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay. She earned a Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University, China.

Anthony Tan

Director Singapore

Anthony has close to 30 years of engineering experience in a wide variety of projects including residential, education, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and conservation developments.

With his deep expertise, he is able to provide practical, innovative and sustainable solutions to deliver on the vision of the project. He believes in looking at engineering challenge in a systematic and analytical way. The successful delivery of highly complex engineering projects such as the world-renowned Jewel Changi Airport, award-winning LASALLE College of the Arts and Singapore’s first train station built over a live train line, Dover MRT station, stands testimony to his approach.

He holds that clear communications and close collaboration with all the stakeholders are key to every project. These have allowed him to develop symbiotic relationships with the project team to tackle and resolve any challenges on the job. Some of the other major projects that Anthony has led include AEI of Great World City, refurbishment of Changi Airport Terminal 2 and Ascott Raffles Place.

Anthony is RSP’s joint Quality & Environment Manager, overseeing quality and environmental aspects, ensuring good processes for smooth execution of projects. He received a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo, Ohio USA.

Nina Loo

Director Singapore

Nina Loo has more than 30 years of architectural project experiences in a diverse range of projects, from mixed development to commercial, retail, residential, education,  sports & recreation, and hospitality. She has managed several challenging projects including the award-winning CapitaSpring, Pinnacle@Duxton and the largest condominium development, d’Leedon. She was also part of the team for the iconic Jewel at Changi Airport. Nina is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects since 1992. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture Studies) and Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

Chris Tan

Director Singapore

Chris Tan has more than 22 years of architectural project experience in a range of projects covering residential, commercial and industrial types. Some of her key projects include Jewel Changi Airport, Tampines Mall and d’Leedon. Her achievements include being awarded a Certificate of Merit and Medal from the Singapore Institute of Architects and a Prize Award for a Nursery Design.

She is a Registered Architect and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects. She has a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the Singapore Polytechnic and received a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture Studies) and Architecture from the National University of Singapore.

David Tan

Director Singapore

David Tan has more than 25 years of architectural project experiences in major projects covering institutional, residential, sports & recreation, infrastructure, offices and retail. Some of his key projects include the Pinnacle@Duxton and the iconic Jewel Changi Airport. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the National University of Singapore and received a Diploma in Architecture from Sheffield University, UK.

Lee Cheng Wee

Director Singapore

Cheng Wee received his education at the National University of Singapore and subsequently at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology where he graduated with a first class honours in Architecture. The time he spent under the tutelage of the late Peter Corrigan will eventually come to form his design principles of integrity, rigour and intensity.

Approaching his projects through a prism of playful honesty and intellectual debate, Cheng Wee is deeply committed to architecture. Over the years, he has built a rich and diverse portfolio of projects. From the School of Arts, Design and Media at NTU Singapore to the Q-plex retail mall in Shenzhen, his provocative works have won numerous awards and accolades for their provocative creativity and social impacts.

Patrick Yap

Director Singapore

Patrick Yap is the Director (Healthcare) at RSP with wealth of experience in medical planning and architectural design of numerous healthcare and hospitality projects in Singapore and across Asia. Prior to joining RSP, Patrick was a Director at VK Asia Pacific Limited, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic growth into new markets, and the Vice-President for CPG Consultants, managing projects of varying scales in Singapore and around Asia Pacific.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, and his Master of Business Administration from Pattern University, USA.

Catherine Heng

Director Singapore

Catherine Heng has more than 25 years of experience in Civil & Structural engineering. Her diversified portfolio covers residential, industrial, offices, retail, institutional, hospitality and sports and recreation projects. Some of the major projects which she has worked on include Carros Centre, Crowne Plaza at Changi Airport, Park Regis Hotel and Toll City. She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Mark Wong De Yi

Director, Singapore

Following his studies, Mark Wong pursued other passions in Singapore’s civil society and public service, before joining RSP in 2011. Since then, he has put his organisation and design skills to good use by melding varying interests and ideas through a wide-ranging portfolio of work.

These include small exhibition installations and interior fit-out, to large infrastructural and residential developments, such as the expansion of Changi Airport Terminal 1, and Cairnhill Nine & Ascott Orchard. As a member of a design team, he has been involved in countless design competition bids, for which some have emerged triumphant against steep competitions such as Gombak Camp Redevelopment and Mandai Redevelopment.

Mark believes that no task is too small to apply the most rigorous processes of design and critical thinking – questioning every assumption and commonly held convention to ensure that the brief, context, and users are understood thoroughly, so that the design solutions always address every need and aspiration fundamentally, meaningfully, and aesthetically.

He also advocates investing and empowering people’s voices so that everyone can bring their history, abilities, and talents to the table, whether they are clients, consultants, contractors, or colleagues. While he deeply respects every individual, Mark does not believe any single person is God’s gift to humanity. Instead, he believes the most successful works are those that harness and acknowledge the contributions of diverse people. Mark is therefore at his best when he brings out the best in others.

Tang Kai Vern

Director, Singapore

Tang Kai Vern is a key member of all the projects he is involved in and across all phases. Due to the breadth and depth of his experience, Kai Vern sees himself frequently involved in bid proposals and design competitions that RSP undertakes.

Kai Vern honed his skills in developing schemes through a wide range of local and international projects. He was a core team member for the competition-winning designs of $400 million Khoo Teck Phuat and $700 million Ng Teng Fong General Hospitals in Singapore, both of which he followed through from planning to completion. He was also involved in the design and development for the expansion of Bangladesh’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport that sees an annual passenger traffic of 16 million.

Kai Vern has been recognised for his contributions in many forums. He is a member of Singapore’s Building Construction Authority’s Young Leaders Programme, in which young professionals come together to share ideas for the betterment of the building and construction industry. In 2016, he was named one of the “15 Great Engineers and Architects aged 40 and under” by the Singapore Business Review. In 2017, Kai Vern was recognised in Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore’s prestigious “20 Under 45 Architects”.

Yeap Yoon Thong

Director, Singapore

Yeap Yoon Thong has more than 35 years of experience in various architectural projects. His diversified portfolio covers residential, education, sports and recreation, hospitality, industrial, offices and retail projects. Some of his major works include BCA Academic Tower, JCube, AEI for Tampines Mall, Lot One Shoppers’ Mall and the refurbishment of National Archives of Singapore. He also has experience in due diligence exercises for buildings requiring statutory and technical assessments. Yoon Thong graduated from Malaysia Institute of Architects (Honourable Mention), and earned a Certificate (Interior Design) from LCE School of Arts and Design in Singapore. He is also a certified Green Mark Manager and Universal Design Assessor.

Shao Yong

A double master’s degree holder in Urban Design and Integrated Sustainable Design, Shao Yong has close to two decades of experience in master planning, urban design, and architecture. Before joining RSP in 2020, his portfolio included working with government-owned enterprises.

As the Director of RSP’s Master Planning Team, Shao Yong leads projects in our Singapore and China offices, supporting the development of RSP’s master planning business, and promoting technical excellence within the team. Shao Yong is a proponent of sustainable design, dedicating his career to designing and researching sustainable and resilient spatial environments that improve the quality of life for everyone. He champions people-friendly and socially responsible design solutions, integrating sustainable technologies and innovative urban planning strategies to create a resilient design vision.

Prabhanjan Kambadur

Director UAE

The endless possibilities of creating well-rounded lifestyle experience excites Prabhanjan and have led him to helm many iconic mixed use, large-scale and complex projects through from design to delivery. With over 20 years of experience in master planning and architecture, his portfolio of work include many internationally acclaimed projects in different parts of Middle East and Asia. These include the landmark Nakheel Mall & Palm Tower on Palm Jumeirah, one million square metre Deira Mall on Deira Island, prestigious Al Rajhi Bank headquarters in Riyadh, Sidra Tower in Dubai, as well as the Tata mixed used development in Bangalore.

He believes that our ideas and designs create built forms that last for many generations of people, and they play a key role in the journey of civilisation and evolution of our society. By keeping in mind this great responsibility, architects will produce meaningful designs with nature and users as the basis of the creative fountainhead.

With his expertise in mixed use and hospitality projects, Prabhanjan is frequently invited to share about his experience in conferences and panel discussions.

Prabhanjan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Mysore, India and a Master of Arts in Urban Design at the National University of Singapore.

Chen Sze Liat

Director China

Chen Sze Liat possesses a holistic approach and observational method when it comes to design. He draws inspiration from the people around him and incorporates a shared creativity in all the work he produces. Sze Liat combines passion with his eye for detail to create an intuitive understanding of the quality of space.

Sze Liat’s extensive portfolio includes projects in Singapore and China. His experience in Singapore consists of civic projects ranging such as community clubs, and in China, retail, hospitality and mixed use projects.

He believes that the studio’s culture is strongly related to the creative output of the team, and is constantly looking for ways to create this conducive environment to inspire his team.

Sze Liat graduated from RMIT University in Australia.

Liu Chang Hong

Director China

Liu Chang Hong is driven by an architect’s influence on and responsibility for designing meaningful and beautiful spaces for the people. As an architect, his goal goes beyond designing the physical realm to create conducive spaces that will facilitate and promote purposeful social interactions. He also holds that close collaboration and frequent knowledge exchange among all stakeholders are key to the success of every design.

Leading the Research Team in the China Studio, Chang Hong spearheads the design-oriented researches, conducting detailed analysis on a range of case studies to develop new solutions for our clients. He has 20 years of experience in mixed-use, retail, office, education and urban design.

With his in-depth knowledge and experience, Chang Hong was also invited to speak at the 2019 Sustainable Built Environment Conference (SBE19) in Shenzhen on Ecosystem Service and Resilient City. His sharing at the conference contributed to the paper on “Human Ecology Theory and Its Application in Urban Design” that was published in the conference proceedings “A Paradigm Shift from Green Buildings to Sustainable Cities” by the SBE19 Shenzhen Scientific Committee.

Chang Hong holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tianjin University in China and Masters of Urban Design from Delft University of Technology in Netherlands.

Bertrand Lai

Director China

Bertrand Lai sees architecture as hope. He believes that every architectural act should be purpose driven to enrich the environment and its people. To him, design should celebrate the local contextuality, be culturally sensitive and sustainable.

With more than 17 years of experience, Bertrand has worked on many projects globally such as Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and China, with a focus on transit-oriented development (TOD), mixed-use, retail, hospitality and urban design. His portfolio of work includes winner of the International Design Awards, Wempe flagship in Beijing China, and the multiple award world travel and design award-winning luxury hotel, The Oberoi in India.

He is one of the leads in the winning design proposal for the BCA Academy in Singapore, Danianhuawan and Nanjing Silicon Alley in Jiangsu province, and Jiaxing City urban design in Zhejiang province.

Bertrand is also passionate in sharing his design, participating in the exhibitions including “Emerging technologies: Emerging talents” at the 2nd Architecture Biennale Beijing, “Secret courtyard” at Beijing Design week and “Gloria-soame” at Rembrandt’s 9 Installations in Melbourne. He holds a master’s degree in Architecture from RMIT University, Australia.

Gao Yu Xiang

Director China

Gao Yu Xiang is passionate to create unique and timeless architecture which appropriately responds to its location and context. Dedicated to exploring the data-oriented design process, he believes by drawing support from digital tools the team could present more effectively and create a better design.

He possesses all-rounded design abilities in commercial mixed-use, hospitality and headquarter projects. His considerable experience and strong leadership allow the team to strive for excellence and deliver distinctive projects with aplomb.

Yu Xiang is a National First Class Registered Architect of China, holding a Bachelor of Architecture in China and Master of Architecture from University College London in the U.K.

Meng Liang

Director China

With professional experience across China, the UK, and Singapore, Meng Liang has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in various types of projects including master planning, urban design, and architectural design. Meng Liang approaches the future of architectural and urban development from the perspectives of culture, politics, regional economy, sustainable development, and ecological system.

Meng Liang is a Chartered Architect of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Meng Liang graduated from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Urban Design.

Ahmad Farid Baharuddin

Graduating from Washington State University, Pullman, Washington in 1989, Ar. Farid too has over 32 years of experience and has worked in variety of projects. His notable projects include museums, mixed-use developments, corporate offices, residential blocks and aeronautical buildings such as simulator buildings and budget terminals.

Ar. Farid has also handled and managed numerous commercial and residential projects in collaboration with International Architectural Firms namely Foster & Partners, Pelli Clarke Pelli, Gensler, SoM, Buro Ole Scheeren, Tilke Gmbh & Co, Populous and Fender Katsalidis Architects.

Tan Choon-Wei

Director Malaysia

Ir. Tan Choon-Wei has over 16 years of experience in the civil & structural engineering of building and land development projects in various sectors including industrial, hospitality, healthcare and residential. Experienced in the detailed design of building structures and civil infrastructure works, he has led and directed the works of design engineers, detailers, and resident engineers. He works collaboratively with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors and team members to plan, conceptualise and finalise the overall civil engineering requirements for land developments, building structural layouts, building floor and lateral stability systems. He is well versed with optimising engineering design and constructability to deliver an efficient construction schedule for projects.

Choon-Wei is a Professional Civil Engineer (Malaysia) and a Chartered Engineer (UK). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Manitoba, Canada. He is Chairman of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) Malaysia Regional Group and a Council Member of the IStructE, UK.

Adeline Hwee

As CFO, Adeline Hwee oversees the finance, treasury and tax matters of the Group. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate financial operations, she has assumed the role of financial controller in private and listed companies of various industries such as oil & gas, marine logistics, healthcare and IT.

A member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, she holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.

Alvin Lim

Sandra Chua

Mark Ong

Vice President, Strategic Development

Mark believes in a placemaking driven approach when curating spaces, with technology and innovation as a key driver for positive change. This is reflected in the initiatives Mark leads in the exploration of special projects that grow beyond the scope of architecture, with a keen interest in new ways architects can engage in business in emerging virtual and physical environments.

The mentorship of the next generation is also close to Mark’s heart, who sits as a resident judge for the Asian Young Designer Awards, an annual competition organised by Nippon Paint. Mark also contributes to NUS and SUTD studios as a guest panelist, whilst running affiliate programs to encourage students to contribute ideas to design competitions.

Mark has spent the last 8 years working on guest experience-driven works and rejuvenation of existing assets through AEI initiatives. Mark has experience in content creation and park design in Mandai Parks with both Bird and Rainforest Parks, as well as the dine-in theatre in Resorts World at Sentosa. Mark has also led the AEI works in Great World City and Bugis Junction Office tower.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Environments (Architectural Major) and a Master of Architecture from The University of Melbourne.

Khoo Teik Rong

Trained at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and the University of Pennsylvania, and having practised in both Singapore and Beijing, Khoo Teik Rong’s background in architecture has been exposed to different worlds of thought and practice. Through it all, Teik Rong has come to understand that his design lies at the intersection of rigorous craft, creative value-proposition, and honest collaboration.

His world view has served him well, as Teik Rong has successfully led the design efforts of many innovative projects across an extremely wide-ranging spectrum of projects and countries such as Singapore’s *SCAPE, Westgate, and Charlton Residences, China’s Chongqing MyPlace Mall, Jinan Dareway Software Campus, Hangzhou Transit-Oriented Development, Peng Huoth Group’s Diamond Mall, and EcoMall as well as Clubhouse in Cambodia.

Teik Rong manages to continually deliver interesting and compelling work as he is motivated by a self-fuelling optimism that things can always be designed better. This in turn, spurs the intensity, curiosity, and perseverance he employs in all his projects and inspires his teammates to grow and translate their vision from thoughts to reality.

Outside of work, Teik Rong spends his time with family and friends over music, art, and being outdoors either running or playing basketball.

Quck Zhong Yi

Senior Associate

Zhong Yi believes that design, across all scales, has the power to affect human relationships. He applies this in his broad experience that includes the urban design of Jurong Gateway, Jurong Lake District, and the future vacated Paya Lebar Airbase; architectural design of award-winning houses such as the Ramp House and Envelope House; accoladed interior design of residential and commercial spaces like the restaurant Tempt; policy work such as the new guidelines for migrant worker housing; and event design, especially the National Day Parade. 

Zhong Yi graduated from Ecole Spéciale d’Architecture Paris under a government scholarship, was an adjunct lecturer at Lasalle College of the Arts, and is a registered architect with the BOA. His accolades include the SIA Design Award, BCI Asia Award, SG Good Design Award, and the inaugural SIDS 20Under45 Award.

Denise Gan

Denise is a senior associate and interior designer with more than 2 decades of expertise. Her journey in design began with the completion of a Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design from Temasek Polytechnic in 2001. Since then, she has been crafting timeless spaces that hold meaning.

Denise’s design philosophy revolves around creating enduring and timeless interiors instead of following trends. She believes in developing ideas and concepts that remain visually soothing even as years pass. In her project management approach, Denise will focus on seeking the root causes of issues, allowing her to make informed decisions.

Throughout her career, Denise has worked on prominent projects such as Changi Airport.  Currently, she is involved in the redevelopment of the CIP Complex, and continues to improve her designs for various contexts and clients.

Motivated by the desire to create appropriate and unique ideas to address project-specific challenges, Denise is driven to continue crafting relevant designs in the ever-evolving design industry. She hopes to travel extensively for fresh insights and inspiration from around the globe.

Madeni Jais

During the pursuit of his diploma at Singapore Polytechnic, Madeni Jais developed a strong affinity and interest in architecture, which catapulted him to finish his academic training at the University of Western Australia.

Since joining RSP, Mad has grown to believe keenly that his practice of architecture is the iterative art of balancing aesthetics and functionality until an outcome arises that not only marries the two but also speaks to the greater context and programme. This sees Mad constantly framing and reframing his designs to mine the best potentiality in space- and form-making for every project he touches.

This persistent drive to develop the best out of any project under his ambit, coupled with his natural disposition to work well alongside others have not only exposed Mad to a wide range of projects, but also seen many of his work get built, including mixed-development projects such as, Cairnhill Nine & Ascott Orchard, Masjid Al-Falah, the industrial administrative building of Evonik ME6, a Good Glass Bungalow on Fifth Avenue, competition winning mosque Masjid Maarof, temporary structure Archifest Pavilion 2013, The More We Get Together exhibition on Singapore’s playgrounds, and SIA Design Award-winning East Coast Park Rejuvenation.

Mad’s architectural and aesthetic insights have also driven him to be an avid contributor of social media centred on architectural photography, where his work is often picked up by media influencers, corporations, and the likes. When time permits, he allows his passion in this arena to flourish by taking up commercial photography engagements for both private and corporate clients.

Kristine Tagaban

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the College of Architecture at the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2006, Kristine has honed her skills and her approach to design. She believes in designing with empathy and mindfulness, ensuring that each space she creates engages with its users.

Kristine’s portfolio includes an array of projects, from the revitalizing Alexander Hospital Healing Campus to the luxurious Capitol Kempinski All-Day Dining and the dynamic Changi Airport. Her contributes are not only able to meet functional requirements but also elevate the human experience, making her ideas and input invaluable.

Tiong Sing Ning

With over a decade of experience as an architect, Tiong Sing Ning is known for her fresh design ideas and creative approach to designs within the built environment. She graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2011, with Second Class Honours (Upper Division).

Her design philosophy stems from minimalism where less is more. Simplicity and deliberate choice in Sing Ning’s architectural design has  shown the a charm of simple and clean designs. She approaches each project with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting spaces that evoke a sense of tranquility and harmony.

Throughout her career, Sing Ning has made significant contributions to a diverse array of project typologies, including retail, hospitality, residential, educational institutes, and recreational facilities. Notable projects she has been involved in include Mi Hotel, d’Leedon, SIT Punggol Campus Court and Mandai Nature Attraction.

Pauline Khoo

Senior Interior Designer

Pauline is a Senior Interior Designer who graduated with a First Class Honours in Interior Design from The Glasgow School of Art in 2016.  With over a decade of experience, she has helped to shape spaces that combine functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.

Pauline’s design philosophy is rooted in the integration of human perception principles and sensory experiences, aiming to create spaces that evoke memories and stimulate curiosity. She believes the key to achieve client satisfaction, is ensuring their vision and needs are incorporated and met; and when faced with challenges such as budget constraints, or unforeseen obstacles, one should remain adaptable, creative, and resourceful in exploring alternative design solutions

Nature and travel serve as primary inspirations for Pauline, influencing her sense of materiality, texture, and color tonality. Her designs aims to capture the client’s narratives such as her involvement in projects like the Reunion Social Space space for seniors.

As a Gold Medalist at Keppel Corp Ltd and top graduate of her cohort with Highest Academic Achievement Award in Interior Design Studio, Pauline has also participated in designing for Changi Airport Terminal 1 and i12 Katong AEI and is able to create fresh and tailored interior design ideas.

Pauline channels her creativity through various art and craft forms such as painting, knitting, and DIY projects. She maintains her physical and mental well-being through regular Pilates classes and running, recognizing the importance of staying fit and focused in the demanding field of design.

Amanda Lim

Amanda is an young architect with a dynamic approach to design who obtained her 3 when she obtained her Master of Architecture with Distinction from the Manchester School of Architecture in the UK in 2023.

With a passion for sustainability and designing memorable experiences for the environment and humanity, Amanda brings a unique perspective to her projects. She believes in collaborative approach, valuing regular team discussions and task prioritization to execute projects smoothly. Challenges are viewed as opportunities for growth and she will active seeking input from colleagues to arrive at optimal solutions.

Known for her motivation, organization, and creativity, Amanda is currently working on projects such as the Tong Ah Eatery Revamp and road network at Jurong Lake District.

Motivated by her desire to continuously learn and excel in her field, Amanda is aiming to register as an architect at the Board of Architects Singapore in the foreseeable future.

Outside of architecture, graphic design and digital illustrations are some of her hobbies. These creative pursuits not only provide her with an outlet for self-expression but also contribute to her innovative approach to architectural design.

Pham Hong Tuyen

Executive Director
Vietnam

Hong Tuyen has 19 years of architectural experience and is the Executive Director at RSP Vietnam. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Hanoi Architecture University (2005) and a Master of Business Administration from the French-Vietnamese Center for Management (CFVG) (2012), Tuyen has been instrumental in leading the team since joining RSP.

She has extensive experience in both domestic and international projects. Some of her notable and sustainable projects include Mulberry Lane, Tower 4CT1 & 4CT2, the Proposed Master Plan for Parkcity, Ha Long Star in Ha Long City for Limitless, the Master Plan for Tan Hoang Mai, Hanoi Aqua Center, Mixed-use development at E9 Pham Hung Street, and Go Mall in Thai Nguyen and Thai Binh.

Tuyen has had the honor of participating in two award-winning projects: Mulberry Lane, which received the National Architecture Award and Green Architecture Award in 2014, and Garrya, awarded the 2024 Asian’s Best Hospitality Architecture Design.

Tuyen’s work focuses on the efficient use of buildings, meeting green and sustainable design criteria, and bringing unique, creative solutions by learning from other RSP branches to projects in Vietnam. Ratna Delia Octaviana

With a dynamic career spanning over 17 years, Ratna embarked on her professional urban planning journey in 2011 by joining RSP Master Planning team following her graduation from National University of Singapore (NUS).

Ratna’s extensive portfolio showcases her prowess in steering large-scale projects across diverse international landscapes, including MENA, China, Russia, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Her collaborative approach has garnered recognition for her involvement in strategically significant ventures such as the acclaimed Yuzhong Eco Innovative City and Indonesia’s Rempang Island Special Economic Zone Master Plan.

Transitioning seamlessly from architecture to master planning, Ratna discovered her true passion in the latter. Guided by the belief that design shapes culture, culture influences values, and values determine the future, she sees master planning as a multifaceted process that integrates various disciplines.

Ratna, a Singapore Certified Planner at the Singapore Institute of Planner, holds the distinction of being a Registered Architect in Indonesia. Actively contributing to the industry, she is holding a position as SIP Council Member 2024-2026  and was recognized as BCA Young Leader in 2021. Her dedication to professional excellence and innovative urban planning continues to shape environments that transcend mere physicality, reflecting a profound understanding of the symbiotic relationship between space and its occupants.

Cai Jia Jie

Jiajie started as Urban Planner in China Great Bay Area while she had rich project experience across China. She’s passionate to provide livable and user-oriented urban space for citizens, by working on varies conceptual master plan, urban design, as well as landscape architectural planning and design, rural village revitalization etc. She has worked on key projects in Great Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta area, Xiongan New Area. Key notable projects in her portfolio includes Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, Yiwu New Silkroad District, Landscape Design of Shanwei Coastal Avenue in China. Currently she is working with RSP master planning team for China’s Gansu Dingxi Longhai Railway Revitalization Project, Longxi Central District Conceptual planning.

Do Ngoc Hanh

From concept formulation to overseeing the construction process, Hanh is a passionate and well-rounded designer. Throughout his career, he gained valuable insight and experience from mentoring seasoned architects and interior designers. This experience enabled Hanh to integrate and incorporate a sensual, functional sophisticated interior design sensibility into his work. 

Hanh joined RSP Vietnam in 2010 and had the opportunity to live and work for 5 years for RSP in Singapore. During which, he participated in creating the interior designs for multiple Singapore projects, including Changi Airport.

Shyam Sunder Adhi

Adhi Shyam Sunder is a recent graduate with Masters in Urban Planning from the National University of Singapore and completed his Bachelor’s in Planning at the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi.

Adhi Shyam Sunder is a passionate Urban & Transport Planner with great curiosity to solve complex urban mobility and land-use problems through comprehensive analyses of social, economic and political aspects of a region, using advanced technological innovations to develop innovative planning solutions that are realistic and cater best to the needs of both residents and planning agencies. He has 3 years of professional work experience on impactful planning projects. He has accomplished large-scale projects in India and Oman with

Public and private stakeholders. He is a registered Planner in Singapore, Australia & Canada.

Jack Ong

Interior Designer

Jack’s passion to work on the development of project design, space planning and design conceptualization, together with his sensitivity to materiality and ability to translate design ideas into remarkable digital renderings, enables him to create top notch project design deliverables at different phases of each project.

He is responsible for all phases of development including pre-design, schematic design, design development, documentation and on-site project management. He has a broad experience working on projects of different scales, high-end residential, corporate and institutions.

Huynh Quoc Nhat

BIM Lead

As an Architect and BIM specialist, Nhat brings over ten years of experience to the team, where he worked on projects in Singapore for eight years and two years in Dubai. In that time, Nhat managed and contributed to a portfolio of large-scale projects, including residential developments, hotels, hospitals, MRT stations, and commercial buildings.

Nhat is especially proficient in BIM, boasting an in-depth knowledge of BIM processes and technologies, which include creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. His skills in BIM collaboration enhance project efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration and coordination among different disciplines.

He is also well-versed in the latest BIM software and tools, and his understanding of global building regulations further strengthens his capability to deliver compliant and innovative solutions. His depth of knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset to RSP. Under his care, he built a dedicated and strong BIM team under Ho Chi Minh office, with a firm belief that collective strength is key to success.

Lee Mun Cheng

Technical Manager

Lee Mun Cheng started his career at RSP in its Kuala Lumpur office in 1992, before transferring to Vietnam in 2009, where he has remained since, while at times working at the Singapore and Dubai office.

He is exceptionally well-versed in space planning, coordination with other disciplines, architectural detailing, specifications, code requirements, preparation of drawings for various stages of works for authority submission, tender and construction drawings.

Throughout his time at RSP, he boasts a wide portfolio of projects, ranging from housing developments, high-rise residential and commercial, shopping malls, retail outlets and hotel cum serviced apartments. In his work, he treats every new challenge as a new opportunity to improve technical standards for future projects. Apart from technical excellence, he highly values respecting local cultures in the little details, such as ensuring the number of steps at the main entrance promised good ‘Fengshui’, referring to the harmonisation of energy forces in the environment.

As part of one RSP family, he hopes that RSP Vietnam will achieve greater heights in the years ahead.

Jason Kee Jie Sheng

Prior to working in Vietnam , Jason had previously interned & work in Arc Studio Architecture & Urbanism Pte Ltd., Singapore as Assistant Architect in 2015. He has been with RSP Vietnam in HCMC starting as Executive Architect from March 2016 to present as Senior Associate Architect. He has lead some of Capitaland projects like D’edge Thao and Sunny and also warehouse renovation with Abbott. Besides project work, he is also actively involved in Business Development matters & office operation matters.
