RSP is one of the leading architects in Dubai, combining global design excellence with local expertise. RSP Dubai has proudly established itself, not only as one of the best architecture firms in Dubai, but also as the global design hub for RSP. Our MENA operations first began in the late 1990s. As a result, we soon realized the need for a dedicated studio. Subsequently, 2009 marked this significant milestone for us, with our first official office opening in Dubai. Allowing us to deepen our commitment to the region.
Since then, our team at RSP Dubai has experienced substantial growth, evolving into a powerhouse of creativity and expertise. At this point, our team on the ground officially boasts 80 skilled professionals. Each brings a wealth of knowledge across various disciplines, including master planning, architecture, and interior design.

RSP’s Masterplanning team brings extensive expertise in urban and citywide planning, complemented by a strong track record in developing smaller-scale community masterplans. At the community level, our designs prioritize walkability and connectivity. 5. Sustainable Design
Sustainability is a key consideration in every project we undertake. We strive to create designs that work in harmony with the environment, optimizing energy performance, selecting sustainable materials and integrating passive strategies to enhance efficiency and long-term value.
We proudly introduced the RSP.SM Energy Group, a dedicated sustainability studio formed to drive Singapore’s efforts in reducing carbon emissions and enhancing energy efficiency. Established in 2022, the RSP.SM Energy Group combines the expertise of professionals from three disciplines: Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, and Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering to deliver integrated, innovative solutions to the climate crisis. The group is committed to transforming old buildings and executing Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) that significantly contribute to sustainability by reducing carbon footprints and optimizing energy consumption.
The formation of this specialized unit builds upon RSP’s longstanding dedication to sustainability. One of RSP’s early achievements includes the design of the Xilinx Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore’s Changi Business Park, which became the first building to earn the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark Platinum status under the “Industrial” category, even before the certification was officially launched in 2008.

Additionally, we have been lucky enough to work with some of the biggest brands in the world, including Armani, Karl Lagerfeld, and Nobu. Our Dubai team’s collaboration with such high-profile clients signifies our commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative designs in the region.
RSP Dubai LEADERSHIP
Our leadership team is among the best in the industry. Michael Magill, Global Design Lead and our Managing Director has been recognized as Architect of the Year in Dubai for four consecutive years, driving the company forward with his visionary approach and dedication to innovative design. Ralf Steinhauer, RSP’s Global Hospitality Lead, has been named one of the Top 40 Most Powerful Architects in the Middle East for many years running. And lastly, Prabhanjan Kambadur, Global Director for RSP has successfully led many distinguished projects in the region, including the Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters in KSA.
Expansion
In recent years, there has been an increasing volume of projects coming from Saudi Arabia. Subsequently, we have recently expanded by opening an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This strategic move is designed to enhance our ability to serve our clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia more effectively. By establishing a local presence, we can respond more easily to client needs and project demands.
