  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in BIM, CAD, urban planning, and related fields, and actively seek opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement
  • Assist in developing and presenting land budget calculations and master plan development statistics tabulations

 

What you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, urban design, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling and visualization tools, as well as MS Office Tools, particularly Excel
  • Strong understanding of master planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainability concepts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines
  • Familiarity with GIS software, energy modeling tools, and rendering software is preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus
