RSP Celebrates 19th Consecutive Win at BCI Asia Awards
For the nineteenth year in a row, RSP has clinched the BCI Asia Top 10 Architects Award 2024. The ceremony was held on 28th June at Fairmont Singapore. RSP’s Executive Director, Sonny Chionh, held a keynote discussing sustainability, where he shared Singapore’s nationwide aim to achieve zero carbon emissions by 2050, alongside RSP’s initiatives to promote sustainability.

RSP Signs MOU with SBS Transit and Launch AI Concierge, AIVA

In a joint initiative with City Development Ltd (CDL) and Building Construction Authority (BCA), RSP is honoured to be the first architecture firm involved in a virtual/remote Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) inspection for a commercial project in Singapore. As a test bed for industry wide adoption, virtual TOP inspection is set to revolutionise the construction industry by saving time and manpower.
RSP China Celebrates 20th Anniversary and 2024 Shanghai (International) Flower Show
The 2024 Shanghai (International) Flower Show (hereinafter called the “Flower Show”) was officially inaugurated at Shanghai Westbund, Xuhui riverside. RSP Collaborates with SingPost to Launch Singapore’s First AI Concierge
Last week, RSP officially launched Singapore’s very first AI concierge with SingPost, Singapore’s largest postal service provider. Located in the East of Singapore at Tampines MRT POP station, customers will be greeted with a GenAI service assistant, named “Peggie”, on a large vertical screen where she can answer FAQs, general questions and assist customers to purchase and print stamps for parcels.
