RSP Launches CaptureSG60 Photo Exhibition at Punggol Coast MRT Station

RSP and HONOR is proud to unveil the CaptureSG60 Photo Exhibition, the culmination of our nationwide photography initiative celebrating Singapore’s 60th year. Launched on 23 November 2025 at the Civic Commons of Punggol Coast MRT Station, the exhibition brings together diverse perspectives from photographers across the island from students and hobbyists to professionals and community members.

Held at one of Singapore’s newest MRT stations, the exhibition transforms Punggol Coast MRT Station’s Civic Commons (Atrium) into a vibrant public gallery, presenting images that reflect our shared spaces, daily rituals, cultural landmarks, and the evolving identity of Singapore.

During the launch event, we announced the Top 3 winning entries, selected for their compelling storytelling, strong visual composition, and thoughtful interpretation of the SG60 theme.

Participants, partners, and members of the community gathered at the opening to view the works, meet fellow photographers, and celebrate this collective portrait of Singapore.

The exhibition coincides with SBS Transit’s Digital Village launch, officiated by Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Gan Kim Yong. The initiative aims to transform transport nodes into vibrant community hubs through innovations such as a 360-degree LED display and an artificial intelligence (AI) virtual assistant.

AIVA, also known as the AI virtual assistant is designed to elevate the customer experience at SBS Transit’s bus interchanges and MRT stations in Singapore. The AI digital human was a collaboration between RSP, SBS Transit, Samadhi Ventures and Pantheon Lab.

We were pleased to have our partners join us at the launch. Ms. Geok Cheng, General Manager of Telechoice, representing HONOR, and Mr. Patrick Gan Wan Su, Vice President (Head of Commercial Development) at SBS Transit, attended the event and received tokens of appreciation for their support and collaboration. We also thanked CapitaLand for their support of the competition.

“CaptureSG60 is RSP’s way of connecting with the public and celebrating what makes Singapore home. As our nation turns 60, we wanted to create a platform where everyday voices and spaces are seen and appreciated. Launching this exhibition alongside SBS Transit’s Digital Village demonstrates how design, technology, and community can come together in meaningful ways.” Shared RSP CEO, Mr. Beh Swee Chiew.

In the spirit of inclusivity, the exhibition features a wide selection of submissions beyond the Top 3 winners, highlighting the richness and variety of viewpoints contributed by the community. From everyday encounters in heartland spaces to creative perspectives on architecture, nature, and culture, each photograph adds to the tapestry of Singapore’s story.

Civic Commons (Atrium), Punggol Coast MRT Station
