RSP is thrilled to collaborate with SBS Transit, Samadhi Ventures and Pantheon Lab to introduce Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant (AIVA), an AI digital human concierge designed to elevate the customer experience at SBS Transit’s bus interchanges and MRT stations in Singapore.
AIVA was officially announced on Friday, 31 May 2024, during the launch of the SBS Transit Mobility Innovation Centre (MINNOVA), a cutting-edge hub for innovation and collaboration. The event was graced by Guest-of-Honour, Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. At the launch, RSP signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SBS Transit for Collaboration to Develop an Intelligent Avatar for Better Customer Experience at Transport Nodes.

AIVA’s speech capabilities are powered by generative AI technology, which combines smart language understanding and processing with powerful reasoning. This enables AIVA to interact with passengers at digital kiosks and provide essential travel-related information at transport nodes. AIVA will be trialed at Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange starting June 2024, with plans to deploy a second kiosk at Bayfront Station on the Downtown Line in the third quarter of 2024.
