RSP participated in the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) International Roadshow held in Singapore, an initiative led by the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC). The two-day programme brought together senior government representatives, leading developers, international consultants, and Singapore’s built-environment community to explore new opportunities in sustainable, smart and future-ready urban development.

During the event, RSP’s CEO, Mr. Beh Swee Chiew, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with H.E. Maysarah Mahmoud Eid, Director General of ADPIC. The agreement reinforces growing collaboration between Singapore and the Middle East, supporting ADPIC’s mandate to deliver an infrastructure pipeline valued at more than US$54 billion, and aligning with Abu Dhabi’s ambition to accelerate digitalisation, sustainability and innovation across its future projects.

The RSP delegation included Director Lee Cheng Wee, Corporate Development Lead Joseph Chua, Business Development Executive Wyanet K Carissa, and RSP Dubai’s Business Development Manager, Aaron O’Fearghail.
A Platform for Global Dialogue and Knowledge Exchange
ADIS Singapore convened industry leaders for deep-dive sessions focused on the practical frameworks driving next-generation urban development. Across panel discussions, private meetings and B2B networking, participants examined:
• Integrated district masterplanning and mixed-use communities
• Advanced digital engineering and digital twins
• Prefabricated and modular construction systems
• Sustainable building methodologies and new delivery models
• Climate-adapted and resilient city-making
• International collaboration for capability building and regional expansion
The roadshow also highlighted Singapore’s global leadership in high-density, highly liveable development. Delegates from Abu Dhabi visited the Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore City Gallery, Surbana Jurong Campus, and Teambuild’s modular construction facility benchmarking best practices in planning, advanced construction, green building standards and integrated digital delivery.
Throughout the sessions, there was a clear alignment between Abu Dhabi’s long-term urban development goals and Singapore’s expertise in sustainable design, systems thinking and digital transformation. The MoU signed between RSP and ADPIC builds on this shared vision, fostering opportunities for co-creation, research collaboration, and the application of Singapore’s design and planning methodologies across the region.
