On 6 September, RSP was honoured to host and sign a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation framework with China’s Jiangsu Public Works Co. Ltd. (江苏省公共工程建设中心有限公司) (JPSW) in Singapore at the new RSP Singapore office.
JPSW was established in 2018. It is a specialised institution appointed by the Jiangsu Provincial Government in China and responsible for undertaking the centralised construction tasks of provincial public works projects and fulfilling engineering organisation construction.
