RSP is proud to announce our appointment as the architectural consultant for the Kallang Wave Mall Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) in Singapore, with works scheduled to commence in May 2026 and phased completion targeted for 2028.
Located within The Kallang precinct, the enhancement will transform Kallang Wave Mall into a more immersive sports and lifestyle destination, supporting the precinct’s vision as a vibrant hub for recreation, retail and community engagement.
The redevelopment will introduce a range of new features, including one of Southeast Asia’s tallest indoor climbing walls, refreshed façades, upgraded alfresco dining spaces along the Stadium Park Connector, new community-focused spaces, and a 24-hour through-block linkway to improve pedestrian connectivity across the precinct.
Managed by CapitaLand Investment, the revitalised mall will also welcome a refreshed mix of sport and lifestyle retail concepts designed to strengthen the identity of The Kallang as a destination for both residents and visitors.
Throughout the phased enhancement works, Kallang Wave Mall will remain operational, allowing the community to continue enjoying the space while it evolves for the future.
