RSP recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Karl Lagerfeld Villas, the global fashion house’s first residential project in the Middle East. RSP is proud to serve as the lead designers, shaping a development that will set new benchmarks for luxury living in the region. The project is slated for completion in 2027.
Set within a masterplan anchored by a central catwalk, a nod to Lagerfeld’s legendary runway shows, the Karl Lagerfeld Villas offer an iconic living experience that fuses fashion, form, and architecture. Blending the designer’s signature minimalism with refined, modern luxury. Each residence is arranged around a grand spiraling staircase, with interiors and lifestyle zones inspired by Lagerfeld’s love for 18th-century architecture, Art Deco influences, and storytelling through space.
Breaking ground on this project was a proud moment for our team. Having led the masterplan, architecture, and interior design, it’s rewarding to see this vision come to life and take its place in Dubai’s evolving design landscape. The development will feature 5 to 7-bedroom villas ranging from 721 to 1,790 sqm, alongside exclusive amenities housed within The Pavilion, including The Club, The Library, a beach-style pool, and gym.
