Zabeel Tower is a Piece of Paris in Dubai
With this project, our team was deeply inspired by the refined aesthetics of Paris. Our design philosophy was a balance, between classic and contemporary, light and dark, form and function. To achieve this, we chose every detail intentionally. Beautifully blending Parisian sophistication with the warmth and modern elegance of the UAE.
Tailored Interiors
Transforming free-flowing energy, rhythm, and the linear movement of the city into an immersive experience. As such, the result reflects the powerful linearity of Dubai’s architecture, which seamlessly translates into the interiors. We selected a colour palette composed of neutral base tones such as whites, off-whites, and greys. At the same time, we wanted to enrich this overall tone with dynamic accents of deep burgundy. This rich shade echoes the activity and vibrancy of the residential tower and its surroundings.
Our goal was for residents to become immersed in an atmosphere of refined elegance and inviting warmth. This was created even from the very first step inside. We designed the lobby to exude a sense of quiet sophistication. Luxurious textures and a palette of rich, muted tones created the perfect welcoming sanctuary. A sculptural chandelier cascades from above, undeniably adding a sense of drama to the room. While the composition of carefully selected furniture and plush area carpet anchors the space.
The Art of Modern Living
For those with an appreciation for depth and contrast, the penthouses offer a sanctuary of striking refinement. For example, the kitchen is a sculptural statement in itself. Featuring a sleek, textured backsplash clad in cool-toned stone. Its finely honed surface lending a crisp, architectural edge that enhances the room’s tailored geometry. And a dramatic marbled countertop flows beneath, softened by delicate veining in alabaster and ash.
Throughout the interiors, travertine stone extends in a continuous sweep. Its soft veining and warm, neutral hue offering a tactile grounding element that tempers the space with natural warmth. In the bathrooms, marble introduces quiet luxury. Striated patterns in warm browns and taupes offer a layered depth that elevates the everyday ritual.
Amenities
The gym presents a sleek, contemporary design with a dynamic and motivating atmosphere. We selected a textured flooring, one that is ideal for durability and comfort. However, we wanted the glass and reflective surfaces to contribute to a sense of openness to the space. As a special touch, we created a feature wall with diagonal graphic lines and motivational words such as “EAT,” “SLEEP,” “RUN,” and “LIFT” reinforces the fitness-focused theme.
As the sunlight is a key factor to the region, we wanted to take advantage of this natural lighting. We did this by placing the cardio areas alongside floor-to-ceiling windows. This not only provided users with an impressive panoramic view of the city skyline, including the Burj Khalifa. But natural daylight provides many benefits to gym users, primarily by making them feel more energetic throughout their workout. The overall layout is spacious, ensuring a comfortable workout experience with a balance of aesthetics and functionality.
