This newest ICPH is the sixth ICPH in Singapore and the largest in size and production capacity to date. It can produce up to 100,000 cubic meters of precast components per year, enough to complete about 17 blocks of HDB flats.

Our Senior Managing Director, Seah Chee Kien, Managing Director, Beh Swee Chiew, Deputy Managing Director, Ng Meng Hui, and Director, Lau Shuh Ling Lau attended the official launch event last Friday to congratulate Hong Leong and Sunway.

“ICPHs enhance the local resilience of our construction industry against supply disruptions by allowing us to localize the production of critical components essential for our building projects, including the building of flats. The precast industry will significantly change the way we plan and build.” Shared Singapore Minister for National Development Desmond Lee
, the guest of honour at the launch.

“RSP is honoured to work with esteemed industry leaders like Hong Leong and Sunway on this latest ICPH, contributing to the advancement of the built industry in Singapore, changing the way we plan and build. RSP has worked closely with Hong Leong, Sunway and process equipment specialists since the early stage of the project to understand the production and process equipment requirements to incorporate into the design of the ICPH.” Said Shuh Ling, the RSP project director for this project.

“From project inception to completion, RSP has monitored closely to ensure that the client’s requirements are met and work within the project budget without compromising the building design. We believe in stripping away unnecessary complexities and focusing on essential elements. This allows the functionality and usability of spaces to shine through to create an environment that is user-friendly. This approach ensures that the design not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also enhances the users’ overall experience.” Added Shuh Ling.
