RSP was proud to collaborate on the interiors of this unique project. 52 42 by Emaar is a landmark high-rise residential development in Dubai Marina that provided a perfect location , with convenient access to Bluewaters Island and Sheikh Zayed Road. The two towers have become an instantly recognisable feature among the Dubai Marina skyline.
As expected, the name comes from the distinct levels of each tower. With one boasting 52 floors and the other 42. Subsequently, the development has capacity of total of 260 and 162 luxury residences, with a further 44 residences located on the podium level.
The Interior Design
The RSP team truly enjoyed working on this project. When coming up with the the interior concept for 52 42 Emaar, we wanted to capture the essence of a luxurious Riviera lifestyle, while incorporating a sense of modern luxury.
Inspired by maritime elegance. The nautical theme was mimicked by the sleek ship-like structure. Our approach was to create symmetry between the interiors and the natural waterfront surroundings.
