Our team’s vision for Plot P1A was to create coastal sanctuary, a place where luxury feels natural and effortless. Defined by a warm, woody palette, soft tones, and the subtle luxury of natural materials, bringing a sense of peace and grounding to every space.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, filling living spaces with sunshine and framing breathtaking city skylines.
The material palette is one of understated sophistication, incorporating elements like lacquered joinery finishes, and sintered stone marble countertops.
These materials combine with brushed chrome hardware and natural oak accents to create an atmosphere of quiet luxury.

The kitchens are designed to be the heart of the home, with integrated pantries and innovative features that elevate the cooking and entertaining experience.

The Fitness Centre at Bay Grove Residences is designed to inspire and support your wellness journey. The space is further enhanced by concave natural oak fluted wall panels, adding a touch of warmth and style that makes the environment feel both energizing and inviting.
