65% OF ITS 989 ROOMS ARE CONSTRUCTED USING THE PPVC METHOD
Modular concrete carcasses are fabricated in Malaysia before being delivered to Tuas for interior, curtainwall and MEP services fitout. These units are then stacked like lego-blocks on site after quality checks and inspections.
INSPIRED BY CHINATOWN'S SHOPHOUSES
Mercure’s interior design is inspired by the conserved shophouses in the vicinity. This is reflected in design elements like the terracotta vertical feature fins and the ceilings that resemble shophouse floorboards.
