The GLOBAL DESIGN STUDIO LAYOUT
The layout features an intentional flow, beginning with an impactful arrival area that includes a feature lounge. From there, visitors are guided into a dynamic pre-function space that houses the main meeting rooms and an impressive conference room with stunning city skyline views.
As you move into the main office area, a multi-functional breakout space seamlessly blends functionality with style, showcasing RSP Dubai’s projects—past, present, and future. Staying true to the architecture of the building, we celebrated the exposed concrete columns and architectural features, drawing inspiration for elements such as the monolithic plinths. These were carefully curated with honest materials like metal and stone to display specially commissioned architectural models.
Sustainability at the core
This design reflects RSP’s commitment to sustainability.
Eco-friendly materials were selected, and existing furniture was reused
whenever possible. The carefully curated materiality balances raw concrete
textures with warm oak tones, accented by strong charcoal greys and subtle
hints of RSP’s brand blue. Lush, oversized greenery adds softness to the
sophisticated palette, creating a harmonious environment that feels both modern
and inviting.
In line with our sustainability efforts, we used several
materials with eco-friendly features. For instance, the carpets in the office
and meeting rooms are from Shaw Contract’s “Heaven, Familiar
Taskworx” range, containing 100% recycled content and certified for indoor
air comfort. All countertops, including those in pantries and breakout areas,
are made from Dekton by Cosentino, which is carbon neutral and produced using
99% recycled water and 100% certified renewable energy. Additionally, the
acoustic fabric used for pin boards and phone booth walls is sourced from
Acoulite’s Autex ranges, ensuring a carbon-neutral footprint. To further reduce
plastic waste in the office, we have installed two Quooker filter water taps,
eliminating the need for single-use plastic water bottles.
