The Haven Dubai Masterplan was designed as Dubai’s first residential wellness community, where you can reside within an oasis designed to heal and recover. In fact, every element of the design contributes to a restorative living experience. As the design guardians behind the development, our mission went far beyond visual appeal. We set out to craft a living environment that’s immersive, purposeful, and enriching, integrating interactive urban installations and thoughtfully curated lifestyle pavilions to offer residents a truly holistic experience.

The Wellness Oasis
Haven Dubai, a development by Aldar was designed as a stark contrast to urban life, a place where the day’s stresses melt away and you return to a world entirely your own. Our goal was to create a revitalizing sanctuary, an oasis that restores and re-energizes every resident. As a result, the masterplan evolved into a community wholly dedicated to health and wellness.
Drawing inspiration from the tranquil desert lagoons, the masterplan emphasizes healing and relaxation through the calming presence of water.

Welcome to Haven Dubai, A community revitalized by invigoration & Meditation. As residents and visitors navigate the Wellness Oasis Masterplan, they are enveloped by an array of green spaces thoughtfully curated for invigorating activities. Crafted with flowing lines and gentle curves, the masterplan offers an experiential journey through immaculate meditative spaces, community parks, and lush landscapes. In addition, atmospheric pathways guide residents to hidden wellness zones throughout the oasis.
From intimate gathering spots to expansive areas for communal activities, the Wellness Oasis offers inviting pools, picnic and barbecue areas, a unique stepping pool, wellness pavilions, meditation and reflection spaces, yoga zones, and interactive urban features. It’s a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored, inviting everyone, of all ages and lifestyles, to immerse themselves in its serenity and vitality

Key Features
The Wellness Oasis boasts several key features that enhance its tranquil environment. The first being the residents’ main arrival, which mimics a portal created by a lush canopy of trees. Another key feature is the boulevard, acting as the main circulation spine that seamlessly guides residents throughout the masterplan. Whereas, the oasis nodes serve as immersive points dedicated to life, mind and body, and energy.
The Residences
The Residences include premium villa clusters overlooking the oasis park, with townhouses forming an outer ring and mid-rise apartment blocks situated at the top of the masterplan. Complementing these living spaces is a community hub, which features retail and dining options, all surrounded by exclusive green zones that provide a serene buffer for the residential clusters.
The project aims to achieve LEED Gold and Fit-Well 3 Star certifications. Consequently, Haven Dubai stands as a pioneer in sustainable community development in the UAE. As such, making it a pioneer in sustainable community development within the UAE. The Wellness Oasis incorporates grey water recycling, and photovoltaic systems. Together, these elements create an environment that nurtures both residents and the planet.
