To reduce energy consumption, the building uses energy-efficient Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems such as a water cooling and ice storage system for air-conditioning and the latest heat recovery technology for air ventilation. In terms of water conservation, the building’s water sanitary fixtures reduces water usage by 35-45% compared to LEED standard, and recycled grey water is used for irrigation.
