Comprehensive solar and environmental analyses have informed the building orientation and staggered massing, optimizing natural ventilation, maximizing daylight penetration, and minimizing heat gain. All residential units are designed to capture ocean views, strengthening residents’ connection to the surrounding natural landscape.
