The Interior Design
The RSP team truly enjoyed working on this project. When coming up with the the interior concept for 52 42 Emaar, we wanted to capture the essence of a luxurious Riviera lifestyle, while incorporating a sense of modern luxury.
Inspired by maritime elegance. The nautical theme was mimicked by the sleek ship-like structure. Our approach was to create symmetry between the interiors and the natural waterfront surroundings.

and state-of-the-art amenities including a fully equipped gym, lounge/reading
areas, outdoor pools, and more.
