The Vision
Designed to inspire and connect, Bay Grove Residences is not only the perfect place to create memories, but also to embrace the beauty around you, and enjoy a lifestyle that’s as comfortable as it is stylish.
Golden Hour Material Palette
We designed Bay Grove Residences to feel like a sanctuary—where the golden hues of the island’s sunsets are brought to life indoors, while the vibrant community amenities draw from the rich colours and textures of the surrounding environment.
Our material palette throughout reflects a sophisticated yet comfortable aesthetic. General finishes include a soft, light wood tile flooring with subtle grain patterns that evoke the natural beauty of oak. We felt that the smooth, matte texture adds warmth and an organic feel to the space. Pairing a refined, neutral beige tone with a soft woven texture reminiscent of fine linen or tweed subtle for the wall and ceiling treatments.
Polished accents, such as Calacatta Pastino bring a luxurious, polished marble finish with bold, flowing gray veining on a clean white background. This material creates a bright, sophisticated focal point that reflects light beautifully, while sheer drapery ensures a light and airy ambiance.
Finishes Schedule
The interiors have been designed with a precise selection of finishes to bring the vision to life. The sanitaryware features chrome single-lever basin mixers, perfectly matching the luxurious yet functional ambiance of the bathrooms. The bathroom flooring and walls use porcelain tiles, while the countertops and walls in the kitchen are crafted with Calacatta Gold porcelain tile. Arabesque Natural porcelain thresholds add a refined touch to the bathrooms. To complete the design, metal skirting in hairline champagne adds a subtle yet striking detail.
The Community
Bay Grove Residences offers inviting and versatile spaces that cater to diverse lifestyles. Whether you’re seeking moments of tranquility, a family-inclusive environment, or elevated recreational opportunities, the community provides thoughtfully crafted areas that blend style and function, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
The Lobby Lounge
The lobby lounge is a space of effortless elegance, featuring Joinery Veneer that brings a light wood finish with visible natural grain, creating a warm and organic foundation that grounds the space along with tiling that stands out with its smooth, glossy finish in a soft light blue tone, evoking a sense of calm and subtle luxury, perfect for adding a touch of coastal charm to the space.
The Wellness Suite
The Wellness Suite seamlessly combines functionality and elegance, creating an inviting space for fitness and relaxation. Durable gym flooring provides a sleek, textured finish while offering the durability needed for high-traffic fitness zones. The use of mirrors enhances light and openness, while the clean, textured polished finish on the walls and ceilings provides a refined backdrop. Comfortable seating adds a calming touch with its deep green tone, completing the suite as a serene and sophisticated retreat.
The Play Area
The Children’s Playroom is designed to be vibrant, functional, and safe, creating an engaging space for play and creativity. The walls feature a customized gradient wallpaper with calming blue tones that inspire a sense of fun and serenity. For added durability and easy maintenance, vinyl is used in shade skylight, providing a soft yet resilient surface. Felt is used in the ceiling pendant feature to reduce noise while adding playful texture and contrast with light and deep blue hues. Together, these elements create a lively, comfortable, and acoustically balanced environment perfect for children’s activities.
The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is designed to evoke warmth, comfort, and sophistication, blending natural textures and earthy tones for a timeless aesthetic. The bar stools feature a richly textured weave in a warm cinnamon hue, adding depth to the space. The sofas are upholstered in a soft neutral fabric that brings an elegant and calming touch to the space. Hazelnut-toned leather is applied to the cabinet handles, introducing a tactile element of luxury.
The flooring showcases walnut tiles, offering the beauty of natural wood with the durability of tile, grounding the space with a sense of warmth. Textiles in muted green and olive tones bring harmony and comfort through cushions and upholstery. Finally, cushion fabric will be used to incorporate subtle green hues, adding softness and cohesion to the design palette. Together, these elements create a welcoming and polished environment ideal for relaxation and social interaction.
The Theatre
The Theatre on the other hand is bold, immersive, and luxurious, blending deep blues, rich textures, and metallic accents for a more dramatic atmosphere. Cushions feature eclectic designs and motifs. The sofas are upholstered in a durable deep blue fabric that balances style with function, ensuring easy maintenance.
The space is further elevated with a brushed metallic element that introduces warmth and a modern edge. Vertical surfaces feature a stunning ribbed panel in deep blue, complemented by v cut acoustic panels, which reduce noise while adding visual depth and texture.
Every aspect of Bay Grove Residences is thoughtfully designed to elevate your experience, offering spaces that inspire comfort, connection, and memorable moments for individuals and families of all age groups.
