Raneem Qaddoura, a talented design architect, joined RSP in 2018 to showcase her artistic creativity and knowledge of architectural design. Her remarkable talent spans every facet of the discipline—from planning and visualization to modeling and conceptualization—which has led to her becoming one of the youngest design leaders in the company. Her influence has been crucial in the design creation process of RSP.
Since joining, Raneem has made remarkable contributions to the design process of RSP’s most prestigious projects. Her portfolio includes luxury branded residences like the Nobu Hotel & Residences and she was also part of the design competition that earned RSP the role of design architect for the Armani Hotel & Residences in Diriyah. She has also been an important part of the design process for flagship Huawei stores and the master planning of a stunning 550-hectare man-made island, complete with waterfront resorts, residential communities, and a world-class marina. Raneem’s diverse expertise truly exemplifies her impact on RSP’s innovative design landscape.
Raneem’s creative expertise and her cultural insights shine through into her designs, a prime example of her ingenuity is her recent design for an ultra-exclusive luxury resort on a private island in Abu Dhabi, where she draws inspiration from historical castles and citadels.
