As Project Manager for RSP, Melden oversees the project and develops expectations to ensure its completion follows the established quality standards and schedules. Melden closely coordinates with the Client and its Project Team. Melden joined RSP in 2014, bringing along her expertise in hotel design and management, to help achieve supreme quality in performance service for Clients. With an impressive career spanning over 19 years of professional practice in design conceptualization, space planning, and development for both Architectural and Interior Design projects, specializing in the Hospitality and Residential sectors.
Melden has achieved success in projects in many parts of the world in both designing and managing large-scale projects, providing innovative and creative solutions to achieve the best results. Her drive and enthusiasm emanate on an array of projects from architecture, interior design, and fit-out works in global locations such as Geneva, Switzerland; Agadir, Morocco; Manama, Bahrain; Aqaba, Jordan; Muscat, Oman; Riyadh & Jeddah, KSA; numerous Emirates in the UAE; and her home country The Philippines. As she is seasoned through years of experience into different facets of the industry, Melden has grown to love Interior Architecture specializing in Project Management of Design Projects. Skilled in spatial planning and project programming, she is currently leading projects in the award-winning international design firm RSP. Since joining RSP in 2014, she has handled many of the company’s high-class projects in hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential design.

She has proven to effectively showcase her skills to RSP’s repeat clients. Handling projects like the 52|42 luxury residential towers and Mulberry apartments, producing highly creative, and premium quality products with innovative results, on top of providing a profitable project delivery has helped her gain exposure to high profile clients like Emaar Properties. Skillful and talented, most especially in strategic programing, Melden managed to successfully bring one of RSP’s high profile projects within the world-renowned Expo 2020 Event, from inception to completion. RSP was appointed as Lead Consultant with Melden as Project Manager for the Expo 2020 Rove Hotel which was successfully designed and delivered amid the covid pandemic. The project reached many firsts, the first Expo with a Hotel in the Exhibition and first Rove Hotel with Suites in the unit mix, leading to gained accolades as LEED Gold Accreditation and Best Hotel Design of the Year at the INDEX Awards 2022. Her involvement in this project helped Melden further her aspirations of empowering women as leaders in the industry, working alongside Women Leaders from the Client, Project Management Team, and to the Contractors.
In 2022, she was appointed project manager for the ultra-luxury Ellington Beach House in the Palm. Collaborating closely with designers, suppliers, and contractors, she was able to oversee the client’s aspirations turned into reality at every stage. Her meticulous attention to detail kept the project on track and within budget. With a strong hospitality portfolio, her understanding of the high-end market was a clear advantage for better understanding the client’s brief and achieving the level of luxury the project required.
