On 4 July, 2024, RSP China’s Shanghai office witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony to begin construction for Plot C01-02 in Unit PDC1-0402 of Lingang district.
Plot C01-02 is located in the Top Scientist Community Zone, bounded by Haiji 5th Road in the east, Plot C01-01 in the south, Plot C0-01 in the west, and Haiyang 4th Road in the north, creating a total site area of 29490.74 square meters.
The project is led by Shanghai Lingang Special Area Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. Positioned as an international digital innovation centre, the project focuses on intelligent transportation, digital twins, and digital applications, to create a smart, internationally acclaimed low-carbon platform for the digital economy and future innovation.
RSP China’s Managing Director Shi Lu (second from left) and Associate Director Zheng Hui (first from left) were invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony as the lead designers for the project.
Linggang PDC1-0402, plot C01-02 is projected to earn the 3-Star Grade rating certifying green buildings and meet current energy-efficiency standards, to continue being in line with Singapore’s “City in Nature” design concept to prioritise sustainability and create human-centric spaces.
