RSP was proud to collaborate on the interiors of this unique project. These homes were designed for those who appreciate refined living. As a result, the 52 42 Emaar Towers have become a landmark high-rise residential development in Dubai Marina. Enjoying a prime location with direct access to Bluewaters Island and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Set against the waterfront, the towers offer a serene escape from the city’s pace. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views of sea, sky, and skyline. Each tower is named after its number of floors, one rising to 52 levels, the other to 42. This elegant verticality adds rhythm to the skyline. All while ensuring every residence enjoys expansive views.
The development includes 260 residences in the taller tower and 162 in the second. Additionally, there are 44 more units located on the podium level.

The Interior Design
Our team truly enjoyed working on this project. When developing the interior concept, our goal was to reflect a luxurious Riviera lifestyle. However, we wanted to maintain a modern, refined aesthetic.
Inspired by maritime elegance, the architecture design mimics a ship-like silhouette. Therefore, as the interior designers we wanted to reflect this by creating a strong connection between the interiors and the surrounding waterfront.
Warm neutral tones, layered textures, and understated metallic finishes give the interiors a timeless quality. Meanwhile, open layouts and expansive windows maximise views and natural light.
Luxury in the Sky
The thoughtfully designed residences at 5242 feature premium finishes throughout. Amenities include a fully equipped gym, lounge and reading areas, outdoor pools, and more.
Ultimately, the team curated every detail with precision. The spaces exude comfort, refined elegance, and modern sophistication.
