A GREEN CAMPUS IN A GREEN DISTRICT
UWCSEA Dover at Tengah is led by RSP in collaboration with design architects BVN and AHMM. The campus is envisioned as a learning village composed of interconnected neighbourhoods arranged at a human scale, rejecting a singular institutional mass in favour of distinct yet related buildings.
A BIOPHILIC, LOW-CARBON LEARNING VILLAGE
The project’s impact is framed by the principle of “Enoughness,” emphasising responsible sourcing, efficiency and carbon reduction. A biophilic strategy brings the park into daily learning, restoring biodiversity, strengthening ecological links and enhancing student wellbeing.
TO NURTURE BELONGING, EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING, AND DEEP CONNECTIONS WITH NATURE
Beyond education, the campus contributes to the wider community, with shared facilities such as the aquatic centre and performance halls supporting public use and local revitalisation. Ultimately, the architecture expresses institutional values through form, function and experience, offering a flexible environment that can evolve with its learners and community over time.
