Thomas Soo is a UK chartered architect with over 18 years of international experience across Europe, China and the Middle East. He approaches every project with a strong sense of curiosity and a deep commitment to understanding context, culture and the people who inhabit the buildings he helps to shape.

His project experience spans major hospitality, residential, retail and mixed-use developments. Key projects include the London 2012 Olympic Aquatics Centre, mixed-use masterplan projects in Dubai and the UK, urban hotel developments and a large-scale shopping mall in China. He has worked across all key design stages, from early concept and feasibility through to planning, technical coordination and delivery, often leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, international settings.

Thomas’s work is characterised by a careful balance between strong conceptual thinking and technical rigour. He believes that ethical design has the power to bring beauty, delight, intelligence, fun and subtlety to the built environment, and he consistently seeks to embed these values into projects of varying scale and complexity.
