She has led the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary developments spanning hospitality, retail, mixed-use, and cultural sectors; always with a focus on precision, performance, and client satisfaction.
Rula’s career reflects a deep understanding of every stage of the project lifecycle; from concept design and planning through execution, delivery, and commissioning. She provides strong technical leadership and has proven expertise in optimizing resources across multiple projects, ensuring effective allocation to meet objectives and deliver consistent results. Her ability to manage large, cross-functional teams, coordinate design processes, and secure regulatory and client approvals has been central to her success on major regional projects.
A skilled strategist, Rula is adept at identifying and mitigating risks such as cost overruns, schedule delays, and scope changes, ensuring projects remain on track and within agreed parameters. Her strength in developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and analysing variances underpins her methodical and results-driven approach.
Before joining RSP, Rula directed landmark developments including Tilal Mall for Tilal LLC in UAE, The Rig Project for OPDC (PIF) in KSA, and City Tower One for H&H in UAE. Beyond her technical expertise, Rula is recognised for her calm authority and collaborative leadership. She mentors project managers to build high-performing teams and leads bid processes with clarity and intent.
