Rise by Athlon, A Community Built Around Motion
Rise by Athlon, a development by Aldar, was created as a place to move, with purpose, with connection, and with vitality. In collaboration with Aldar RSP shaped the interiors to ensure every space supports wellbeing and community.
The project was developed in collaboration with leading athletic experts, designed to support not only physical wellbeing but emotional and social wellness as well. Trail loops, running tracks, cycling routes, and outdoor workout zones are embedded as part of daily life.

This is a place where you might walk your child to school along shaded family paths, then start your own day with a run that links directly to Al Qudra.
Where you can wind down in wellness zones or gather in social fitness hubs. Where every space, indoors and out, encourages motion and mindfulness in equal measure.
The project’s foundation rests on three core pillars:

Materiality in Motion – The Interior Story of Rise by Athlon
With Aldar’s Rise by Athlon, our goal was to reflect the active philosophy of the wider masterplan in the interiors, making them feel elevated, contemporary, and above all, liveable.
The design begins with a calm, neutral foundation that sets the tone for everyday life. Against this backdrop, subtle contrasts and accents introduce rhythm and depth, ensuring homes feel both refined and welcoming.
Each room was imagined to support a different pace of living:
- Living and dining areas are sociable and flexible, with compositions that encourage gathering and conversation.
- Bedrooms are more intimate and expressive, offering residents a chance to recharge in comfort.
- Bathrooms extend the wellness narrative, conceived as calming retreats within the home.
Every detail was chosen to reflect a lifestyle in motion, creating spaces where strength meets softness, and wellness meets form accents introduce a quiet sense of luxury. Carefully curated furniture adds sculptural impact, from a modular beige sofa anchors the living space, while black and leather details tie back to the industrial calm of the material story.

From the high-impact energy of the gym and changing areas to the quiet immersion of the cinema, every space is purposefully crafted to elevate how residents live, move, and recover.
Each amenity space was carefully designed to support movement, recovery, creativity, and connection in ways that feel both intuitive and uplifting. From high-performance zones to places of restoration and play, every environment brings the Rise by Athlon lifestyle into sharper focus:
- The gym captures a raw, energetic spirit, setting the stage for performance and endurance.
- The cinema provides a plush, cocoon-like escape, offering immersion and comfort.
- The kids’ playroom translates the active philosophy into a world of imaginative learning and movement.
