The design is anchored by three guiding pillars: Tranquility, City Pulse, and Urban Living. Together, these themes shape a residential experience that is sculptural, refined, and effortlessly modern.
Across all units, a sophisticated palette and curated furnishings evoke a sense of quiet luxury, while embracing the vibrancy and rhythm of the city.

Lobby
The arrival experience sets the tone for Crestlane’s elevated living. Defined by a natural, tactile palette, the lobby features soft white limestone walls, warm marble flooring, and bronze accents that ground the space with timeless elegance. In addition, metal detailing and crystal glass feature walls introduce contrast and refinement, while ambient lighting creates a sense of calm and sophistication.
At its heart, a sculptural installation, Fluid Currents, suspends gracefully overhead. Crafted from woven mesh and sculpted glass, it captures the organic movement of water. It filters light and casts soft shadows, adding depth and texture to the space.
Standard Residences
The design vision for the standard residences embodies calm sophistication. As a result, the warm, tonal palette and considered material transitions establish a sense of ease and continuity throughout.
Each space is composed with quiet precision. Through layering soft finishes, clean lines, and subtle contrasts we achieved a refined yet grounded atmosphere. Because of this, every element feels effortless and enduring, and therefore, reflects a lifestyle of elegance and comfort within an urban context.
Premium Residences
Premium residences embrace a thoughtful and clear design approach, focused on rich tones, sculptural shapes, and purposeful details. With this intention, a double-height living area serves as the central space. It carries in natural light and enhances the sense of openness through height, transparency, and balanced proportions.
Softness with strength in the design: smooth curves contrast with strong forms, while a subdued, layered colour palette adds warmth and depth. Additionally, lighting is positioned strategically to highlight key areas and create the right ambiance.
Ultimately, every element, from material choices to spatial layout, supports a modern, refined living experience that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
Penthouses
The design language of the penthouses at Crestlane is elevated, serene, and sculptural. We led the concept stage with a strong focus on framing views to connect the interiors seamlessly with the surrounding environment. As a result, Carefully composed openings and sightlines create moments where the outside becomes an integral part of the living experience. This enhances the sense of space and tranquillity.
We wanted the interiors to balance contrasting textures and forms to create a refined and harmonious atmosphere. Ultimately, layered details and polished finishes add tactile warmth.
The Amenities
Kids Room
The Safari Exploration-themed kids’ room, designed to ignite curiosity and adventure, beautifully integrates the dynamic spirit of Dubai with a love for nature. In particular, children are given a unique opportunity to learn about the ecosystem of the U.A.E through immersive sensory and educational experiences. For example, textured surfaces mimic desert plants, while interactive displays introduce local wildlife. Children can engage all their senses while exploring the natural world. This immersive space blends play and learning for every age.
Media Room
Seamlessly blend comfort and functionality, offering a versatile space for all ages to enjoy. Whether it’s watching movies on a large screen, hosting an engaging podcast, or jamming out to music, this dynamic room adapts to every creative need. With design elements that capture the vibrant pulse of City Walk, the space pulses with energy, creating the perfect backdrop for both relaxation and inspiration. It’s a hub where creativity flows, and every moment feels alive.
