The theme of the competition is “Through Our Lens: 60 Years of Home”. From iconic landmarks to everyday heartland structures, Singapore’s built environment reflects our shared journey, how far we’ve come, and where we’re headed. This is your chance to showcase the buildings that define our collective identity, shape our experiences, and inspire our future.
- File types allowed: JPEG or PNG
- Minimum resolution: 300 dpi or at least 2,000 pixels wide
- Max. file size: 10MB per photo
- Max. number of uploads: 5
You must submit original photographs of buildings or architectural spaces located in Singapore that align with the contest theme.
The competition is open to all Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and individuals residing in Singapore.
Yes. Each participant may submit up to 5 photos in one entry. Please ensure that each photo is submitted with its own title and description.
No, each participants can submit only one entry, with up to 5 photos included. However, only one photo from your submission will be selected for judging and considered for the final award. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
There are no entry fees, the submission is free.
Yes, as long as the photo was taken by you and features architecture in Singapore within the past year (up to October 2024). However, if the photo has been submitted to previous competitions or published elsewhere, this must be clearly declared in your submission.
Yes, photographs taken using any device including smartphones, DSLRs, or mirrorless cameras are accepted, provided they meet the image quality and resolution requirements.
Basic photo editing is allowed (e.g., brightness, contrast, cropping), but excessive manipulation (e.g., removing or adding major elements) or AI-enhanced content may lead to disqualification.
Yes, you retain full copyright of your image. However, by entering, you grant the organisers and sponsors royalty-free rights to use your submitted photo (with credit) for marketing, exhibition, and promotional purposes related to the competition.
