About
Capture SG60 by RSP & HONOR is an inaugural nationwide photography competition and exhibition by RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (RSP) in collaboration with HONOR Singapore, created in celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday.
The competition invites participants to capture the essence of Singapore’s architectural identity from iconic landmarks to hidden gems across our built landscape. Themed around Singapore’s remarkable six decades of growth, Capture SG60 shines a spotlight on the evolving cityscape, inviting the public to frame the spaces and skylines that define the Little Red Dot.

Theme
The theme of the competition is “Through Our Lens: 60 Years of Home”. From iconic landmarks to everyday heartland structures, Singapore’s built environment reflects our shared journey, how far we’ve come, and where we’re headed. This is your chance to showcase the buildings that define our collective identity, shape our experiences, and inspire our future.
Judging Criteria
Visual Aesthetics
Photos will be evaluated on their overall visual impact including composition, lighting, clarity, and the creative use of colour, shadow, or contrast to present architecture in the most compelling and striking way.
Creative Lens
Originality and imagination matter. Judges will assess how uniquely the participant has interpreted the built environment through unexpected angles, thoughtful framing, or post-processing techniques that shed new light on familiar places.
Design Meets Humanity
Reflecting RSP’s core vision, this criterion considers how well the image captures the relationship between architecture and the people it serves through scale, emotion or atmosphere.
Building Our Singapore Together
In celebration of SG60, this recognises photos that reflect Singapore’s architectural journey and collective spirit from heritage icons to modern landmarks showcasing our shared identity and pride in shaping the nation together.
