Prabhanjan Kambadur is a formidable leader in RSP. Boasting more than 23 years of architectural experience. Fortunately for us, Prabhanjan has dedicated the majority of his career to RSP, bringing invaluable experience and expertise to our team.
Best known for his critical expertise in planning and executing large-scale, complex developments. Prabhanjan has led some of the region’s most ambitious projects. His extensive portfolio spans master planning cities and town centres, establishing urban design guidelines. He has also designed many integrated and mixed-use developments across the Middle East and Asia. Today, he heads RSP Dubai’s Masterplanning division, a focused and fast-rising team that’s redefining the future of regional placemaking.
Under his leadership, the team has already gained significant industry recognition. The Wilds Masterplan was shortlisted at the 2025 Architectural Leaders Awards for its holistic approach to community, landscape, and sustainability. Haven, developed for Aldar, was named a finalist at the World Architecture Festival in Miami 2025, the world’s largest live-judged awards programme celebrating excellence in architecture and urban design. We’re incredibly proud of the team and the visionary leadership Prabhanjan continues to bring.
Prabhanjan’s landmark projects include the $1.1 billion Deira Mall, the $500 million Nakheel Mall and Tower on Palm Jumeirah. Not to forget the $200 million Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These projects not only highlight his command of scale and complexity, but also his ability to deliver commercially successful, high-impact developments that shape the urban fabric of the region.
He believes that the best architecture creates built forms that last for generations and contribute meaningfully to civilisation’s journey. Designs rooted in nature and human experience, he says, are the foundation of lasting impact.
